Why?...
To create a script that helps and creates the possibility to place virtual
action keys and outputs them as an xml file.

What is an action key?...
Action keys is wery much like notekeys found in the 3dsmax notetrack.
You use them to point out triggers in the scene or animation and they
are usually audio, timing or event triggers.
